Our deferral policy is as follows:

Any event can be deferred to the next year.

Races over $30 will be subject to a $5 deferral fee

Any event can be deferred to another event for the current year with same pricing structure.

Races over $30 will be subject to a $5 deferral fee

Bibs can be transferred to other runners for a small fee (varies per race)

30+ days before the race: 90% race fee can be refunded to you in the form of a gift card to Rochester Running Company

30 days or less before race: 70% of race fee can be refunded to you in the form of a gift card to Rochester Running company
